I’m Richard Ramsey, and I’m President of W. T. Phelan.

Our commercial practice we do all lines of insurance, our specialty would be habitational insurance, apartments and condominiums.  We have been doing that for 30 or 40 years.

The best thing that we can do is treat our customers and treat our companies with the utmost respect.  They trust us and most of our relationships with our companies go way back.

When someone comes in we try to understand what they do, how they do it, and then try to figure out the best way to insure it.

The people who tend to want our service are people who really want interaction and they want to make sure that if something goes wrong, and believe me things go wrong in any type of business, that they can pick up the phone or walk into one of our offices and speak to an owner.

We do try to do what is right by the customer at all times and I think our people realize that and work very hard to try to do what is right by the customer.
