I’m Robert Ramsey, I work out of our Belmont office. I am Vice President. I basically oversee our entire personal lines operation. I oversee the whole retail operation, so if someone is coming to one of our offices to buy auto insurance, homeowners insurance, umbrella insurance, our vision is that the best thing that we can do is treat our customers and treat our companies with the utmost respect. They trust us and most of our relationships with our companies go way back. The people who tend to want our service are people who really want interaction and they want to make sure that if something goes wrong that they can pick up the phone or walk into one of our offices and speak to an owner. It’s our job to be their advocate and to make their case for them, and in most cases, we prevail.
