At WTPhelan, we have a tradition of providing exceptional customer service to our clients who have suffered a loss.  We hope you have a safe and incident-free year; however, when the unexpected happens, rest assured, we will be here.

Our mission is to guide and direct you through the process until your claim is resolved. We have worked for years to develop strong relationships with independent and company adjusters and restoration companies.

To report a claim, please click on the blue "Report a Claim" box on the left and select your insurance company from the list -- company specific instructions will then display.  Many of our carriers ask that you report a loss to them directly in an effort to expedite.  In most cases, a claim adjuster will contact you within 48 hours (or by the end of the next business day.)
