WTPhelan Supports Aluminum Can Tab Collection Program for Shriners Hospitals for Children

Posted in WTPhelan Announcements

With backyard barbecue season upon us, we thought it was the perfect time to support the Aleppo Shriners and their Pull Tab Collection Program for Shriners Hospitals for Children.

The Wilmington, MA based Aleppo Shriners collect aluminum can tabs from individuals and groups throughout Eastern MA, and redeem the tabs at a recycling center to raise money for the Children’s Transportation Fund – the fund pays for travel expenses to the hospital (including airplane travel and Med Flight!) Children up to 18 years old are eligible for help, regardless of financial need, race, religion, or relationship to a Shriner.

Shriners are a division of the Free Masons, and serve as a philanthropic group.

All WTPhelan offices will collect aluminum can tabs over the coming summer months.  If you are interested in helping support this cause, please stop by our Arlington, Belmont, Cambridge, Lexington or Watertown office and drop off your aluminum can pull tabs.
